Single Wavelength UV Absorption Analyzer

The AF45 is a high precision UV light absorption analyzer designed for inline operation to provide accurate concentration measurements with remarkable repeatability, linearity and resolution. Wavelength and optical path length are individually configurable for extremely high accuracy to meet process control requirements.

    • 0 - 0.05 to 3 CU (concentration units), dependent on filter/OPL used
  • UV absorption control and UV Absorption control
    • in Chromatography: Pre / Post column monitoring (OD) for optimized pooling

The AF45 is a single wavelength UV absorption analyzer, which is perfectly suited to monitor protein concentrations in downstream chromatography applications. Sealed reference photodiodes compensate for any variances in lamp intensity, assuring the highest level of precision and long-term stability. With the availability of several wavelength and bandwidth options, the AF45 can also be used for the detection of aromatic compounds, organic load and other demanding applications.
